Shipping & Delivery

We will do our best to ensure your item gets shipped out to you within 2 days of receipt of payment. As we are located in Melbourne, Australia, we estimate* the following delivery times:
  • Melbourne Metro: 1-3 days
  • Regional Victoria & Australia: 2-7 business days
Please note: Sometimes there may be delays with your parcel that may be beyond our control (e.g. Public Holiday, Post Strike Action, Peak Season Deliveries). Once your item is marked for shipping, if you have purchased with registered post or insurance, you will be given a tracking ID so you can track your package from the time it leaves the store to arrival. .

Little People Australia ensures that your personal information that is submitted through our website is 100% secure. We are proud to use 256 bit Positive SSL encryption technology through Comodo to ensure your transactions are secure and away from internet scams.

In terms of correspondance, all emails sent from Little People Australia will be from emails ending with "@littlepeople.net.au". We will never ask for your credit card or payment details via email, and should you feel that you have received a fraudulent email, or you receive an email from a different address above claiming to be "Little People Australia", please do not respond and send an email immediately to it@littlepeople.net.au.

Returns & Replacements
Little People Australia is committed to bringing you 5 star quality products and, where possible, quality assurance tests are peformed (e.g. Dolls Houses, Prams, Snowglobes, Rocking Horses, Large toys requiring a mechanical/technical element of know-how"). While all products in store are handled with the utmost care, there may be occurences where the product or box may be damaged in transit with couriers or overseas post. If your product arrives with defects or damage, we ask that you call us immediately on 03 9383 1588 or send an email to it@littlepeople.net.au so we can rectify the problem. Currently we offer a 7-day from purchase return/refund policy* and 30 days for returns and exchanges. This is applicable to all products except for in-store season sales and special online promotions where applicable. (* = Conditions apply)
As above, your orders as posted and couriered with Australia Post and FastWay. We generally allow 2 days handling for packing all orders and shipping (which allows for weekends, busy sales periods and stock that may be held at our warehouse). You will be notified via email from one of the Little People team members should there be any delays (e.g. waiting or delay of stock arrival).

At the times of listing, prices are correct and up-to-date. Little People Australia reserves the right to make price adjustments on products and shipping without prior notice to consumers. As there are many 3rd party "Price Comparison" websites that display information gathered from shopping websites, Little People Australia does not work or give direct information about our products and prices to them, and all quoted prices on their sites should be ignored. From time to time, Little People Australia will run online promotions including Daily Deals, Discount Coupons, Free Shipping. All promotions run for a minimum of 24 hours and the offers, unless specified, are not extended. Online promotions are not in conjunction with in store offers. Any questions? Viewing Orders
By registering on our website with your email and contact number, any purchases that are made can be viewed in the My Account and view their status in real time, submit any questions to our team members and receive your courier tracking number and status updates of your order. If any of the Little People team members need to contact you with questions regarding your order, we will generally send an order status update to your "My Account" area, or for more urgent matters, we shall contact you by phone.

Please note: If you checkout as a guest, please remember to correctly enter your email and phone number, so we can contact you if necessary and expedite your order quickly.
Updating Account Information
If you are a member and regular shopper with Little People Australia, or perhaps a newcomer to our world of toys, we ask that each time you make an order us, that your information in the My Account is correct and up-to-date so we ship your order to the correct address.
